Duties & Responsibilities:
- Critically evaluate current recruitment procedures and modify them accordingly, or if needed design new procedures and oversee their implementation.
- Supervise daily the work of the recruitment team members, to streamline processes, solve problems, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
- Work closely with internal departments regarding their talent requirements to come up with effective strategies and forecasts.
- Manages, leads, and develops the C&B Team.
- Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies.
- Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the recruitment and compensation and benefits area)
- Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience specialized in Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits.
- Must be willing to report in Marikina Office
