Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Critically evaluate current recruitment procedures and modify them accordingly, or if needed design new procedures and oversee their implementation.
  • Supervise daily the work of the recruitment team members, to streamline processes, solve problems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
  • Work closely with internal departments regarding their talent requirements to come up with effective strategies and forecasts.
  • Manages, leads, and develops the C&B Team.
  • Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies.
  • Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the recruitment and compensation and benefits area)
  • Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
  • Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience specialized in Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits.
  • Must be willing to report in Marikina Office
